Ap\u00f3s as cheias do inverno de 2025-2026 e o trabalho de observa\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica e envolvimento comunit\u00e1rio dos \u00faltimos meses no Munic\u00edpio de Coruche Coruche<\/a> – e com o seu apoio -, est\u00e3o reunidas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es para juntar diferentes entidades, especialistas e parceiros locais para refletir em conjunto sobre os desafios e oportunidades ligados ao Rio Sorraia. Ser\u00e3o as primeiras Jornadas TRAP.<\/p>\n

Este projeto de 3 anos re\u00fane 9 parceiros em 4 pa\u00edses \u2013 Portugal, Espanha, Fran\u00e7a e Irlanda \u2013 e \u00e9 financiado pelo programa Interreg Atlantic Area<\/a><\/p>\n

Em Portugal, o local-piloto do projeto situa-se no rio Sorraia, no munic\u00edpio de Coruche.<\/p>\n

As \u00e1reas de envolvimento comunit\u00e1rio e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto s\u00e3o lideradas pela 4Change. O Instituto Superior T\u00e9cnico<\/a> \u00e9 o parceiro principal.<\/p>\n

Come and be part of the discussion about the future of the Sorraia River and the communities around it.<\/p>\n

Following the floods of the winter of 2025-2026 and the scientific observation and community engagement work of the last few months in the Municipality of Coruche \u2013 and with your support \u2013 the conditions are right to bring together different entities, experts and local partners to reflect together on the challenges and opportunities linked to the Sorraia River. This will be the first TRAP Conference.<\/p>\n

\ud83e\udda6 The TRAP project aims to combat plastic pollution in rivers through nature-based solutions, digital tools, and community engagement.<\/p>\n

This 3-year project brings together 9 partners in 4 countries \u2013 Portugal, Spain, France, and Ireland \u2013 and is funded by the Interreg Atlantic Area program.<\/p>\n

In Portugal, the project’s pilot site is located on the Sorraia River, in the municipality of Coruche.<\/p>\n

The project’s community engagement and communication areas are led by 4Change. Instituto Superior T\u00e9cnico is the main partner.<\/p>\n
