Research at ISR-Lisboa spans a multitude of key topics, ranging from fundamental theoretical issues to the applications of engineering methods and tools to the design and analysis of complex systems.<\/p>\n<p>ISR-Lisboa is located at the North tower of the Lisbon campus of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ist.utl.pt\/\">IST<\/a> (Instituto Superior T\u00e9cnico) and is home to more than 100 researchers from many nationalities, including 45 faculty members, Post-Doc and research fellows. They are responsible for the supervision of 61 PhD students and dozens of undergraduate students. At ISR-Lisboa, we attach special attention to international scientific research cooperation and to advanced training and education initiatives through master, doctoral and post-doctoral programs.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Our Mission<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>ISR-Lisboa offers an international environment with its teams being engaged in several vibrant international collaborative projects.
