INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Twenty minutes have been allocated for each Keynote presentation, followed by 5min discussion.

Ten minutes have been allocated for each Selected oral presentation, followed by 3min discussion. In the specific case of the selected presentations taking place during the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Workshop, the presenting author will have 8min for presentation, followed by 2min discussion. All the abstracts selected for oral presentation will not be included in the poster presentation sessions.

Presentations should be delivered as soon as possible, via the PYFF6 meeting webmail. Alternatively, presentation files can be uploaded to the computer in the conference hall, during the registration period or during the coffee breaks. All files must be uploaded at least 2h before the corresponding session takes place.

Posters should have 110x80cm (height x width). Poster presenters are kindly asked to expose their posters on the numbered poster boards before the start of the scientific programme. The numbers of the poster boards correspond with the numbers of the abstracts in the programme book.

Poster prizes will be awarded based on scientific content, clarity and style.
